Return & Refund Policy

Countryside Creations Tallow Products

Due to the nature of our handmade tallow products and the importance of maintaining product safety and hygiene, all sales of tallow-based products are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on tallow items.

Once a product has left our care, we cannot guarantee that it has been stored or handled under the proper conditions. For your safety and the safety of our customers, returned tallow products cannot be restocked or resold due to the risk of contamination.

Please review each product description carefully before placing your order, including our Shipping & Weather Statement, which provides important information about shipping and temperature-related considerations.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a product quality concern, please contact Countryside Creations promptly so we can review the issue and determine whether further assistance is appropriate.

Thank you for understanding and supporting our small business. We appreciate every order and want you to feel confident shopping with Countryside Creations!
